Our outdoor team bonding programs use a highly interactive and progressive way to deliver learning and development for your team.

This experiential learning approach takes your team on an educational journey, cultivate “winning team” behaviour, build team awareness and boost team morale.

Their experience in every activity would be highly engaging, reflective and interactive.

1. Mohawk Walk

The Mohawk Walk consists of a series of foot cables suspended about 3 feet from the ground.

The objective is to get everyone across without touching the ground and without any aid of foreign objects.

The game demands trust and coordination, and to work as a team to create a strategy.

2. Spiders’ Web

The objective is to get the team to the other side of the web.

Each team members must pass through the gaps, one at a time, without using the same hole twice.

The web is “poisonous” and when one member touches the web (which includes the clothing), the entire team restarts the challenge.

The game demands cooperation, trust, problem-solving skills and teamwork to get across.

3. Whale Watch

Whale Watch is a rope course activity with a large “see-saw effect” platform which simulates a ship rocking back and forth in the sea.

The team will perform a series of actions on the platform without the edges of the platform touching the ground. 

This game is fun, very challenging and demand full participation from all team members.

4. Low Wall

The low wall is up to 5m in height. 

The team has to think of a way to get everyone across the wall. 

This wall represents the issues or problems that the teams face in their work. 

The team members work together and overcome it step-by-step without leaving anyone behind.

5. Team Challenge Pyramid

This game is on a 25m high tower. 

Group of 5 works together to overcome and complete 14 mid-air obstacles. 

To complete the challenge, each member descends from this tower via a 200m Flying Fox.

This experiential game exhibits many characteristics of teamwork – leadership, confidence, team spirit, communication, trust, perseverance, etc.

6. Team Skis

Group of 4 to 7 team members would discuss and plan their route to walk across a “minefield” on the same pair of giant skis.

There are many obstacles in the “minefield” which make this game challenging and tiring.

This activity requires leadership, constant communication, coordination and work as a team.
