An Expert is a knowledgeable and skilful member who has a wealth of experiences 

Getting success can be tough, every team will go through difficulties and hurdles in its path to victory.

It is imperative to have a subject matter expert who could advise and guide with his knowledge and wealth of experience. 

The team move faster, overcome obstacles and on track to meet the organisational goals.

A Planner uses the information to chart the detailed steps towards the goals.

All team members plan his part to work towards the company’s overall strategic growth plans and meet annual goals.

For that, a planner is in charge of formulating this plan (step by step).  

A Team player executes the plan and works together with other members of the team.

Team players are responsible for implementing the plans and provide updates to the team leaders on a regular basis.

They play a unique & essential role and work together with different departments or different team members in multiple projects.

A Creative member who see “new ways” to solve a problem.

Creative team members have unconventional, able to “think out of the box”, break the routine and introduce something different. 

These solutions are capable of battling almost every difficulty.

Some people are more creative and can support their team with “new” ways to look at challenging work issues.
